Unlike ChatGPT or conventional chatbots where the user is confronted with an intimidating empty text box and must craft complex prompts (Prompt Engineering), OmniPortal uses Form-Guided Micro-Apps:

When visiting http://localhost:3000/login, you will find the following controls:

• FIELD 1 Email Address: Enter your registered email (for example, admin@portal.com).
• FIELD 2 Password: Enter your secret password. Click the eye icon 👁️ to toggle password visibility.
• BUTTON Click Sign In: Authenticates your credentials with Supabase and directs you straight to the Dashboard.
• LINK Forgot your password?: Directs to /forgot-password. Entering your email triggers a secure Magic Link. Clicking the link in your email validates your token and brings you straight to /update-password to enter your new password immediately.
• LINK Don't have an account? Sign up: Takes you to /signup to create your free account.

• BUTTON ☰ Mobile Menu: Opens or closes the navigation drawer when browsing on smaller screens or mobile devices.
• SEARCH 🔍 Quick Search (⌘K or Ctrl+K): Instantly locate any AI tool by typing its name or keyword (e.g. proposals, emails, articles, scripts, etc.). Displays a live dropdown navigable with arrow keys (↑ / ↓) and press Enter ↵ or click to jump straight to the workspace.

From the sidebar, click on Micro Apps and choose your desired tool card.

• 1-CLICK OPTION Click preset badges such as e.g. Dental Clinic or e.g. SEO Agency: The form auto-populates instantly with a realistic case study.
• MANUAL INPUT Fill in the guided form fields: Client name, Industry, Key benefits, and Estimated price/scope.

Click the target language badge in which you want Gemini to compose the deliverable:

Click the Generate with Gemini button. A live loading animation will trigger, and within seconds, your formatted deliverable will appear in the right panel.

In the upper right corner of the dark "SENT PARAMETERS" box (above the generated text), you will find these 4 utility buttons:

• TAB In any micro-app, click the History tab located in the upper left corner above the form.
• LIST You will see all your past generations organized chronologically.
• RESTORE Click on any past entry: it reloads instantly into the right panel, ready to read, copy, or download again without consuming additional generation quota.

To change your membership, click Select Plan and confirm with Confirm Activation.

• /profile Avatar & Information: Click the camera icon to upload a custom avatar photo or pull from Gravatar. Update your name and click Save Changes.
• /update-password Change Password: Accessible from the Settings item in the avatar dropdown or via the password reset email link. Type your new password (minimum 6 characters), confirm it, and click Update Password. The form features native 4-language support and real-time validation.

• STEP 1 From the sidebar, click Admin 🛡️ or navigate to http://localhost:3000/admin.

• STEP 3 Change Global Plan: Under Assigned Plan, select a new tier (e.g. Professional or Intermediate) and click Save Plan.
• STEP 4 Unlock Individual Apps: Under Accessible Apps, click any app showing a + Grant button. It activates immediately, highlighted in cyan with a ★ Special tag.
• REVOKE To revoke an override, hover over the app and click ✕ Revoke. Changes persist in real time.
